These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and JM380 Corp (legal name: J.M. 380 Corporation) regarding your use of the website at jm380corp.com (the “Site”). JM380 Corp is a family-owned Florida corporation operating the commercial property at 382–388 SE 2nd Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33483.
