Two generations. One block. Since 1990.

Our story begins with one man, an ocean, and a quiet stretch of SE 2nd Avenue.
In 1990, our father — a young immigrant from Bulgaria — arrived in South Florida with little more than ambition and the determination to build a business of his own. With the help of a family friend, he acquired a modest building in what would soon become one of Delray Beach's most vibrant downtown corridors. That same year, J.M. 380 Corporation was officially formed.
From the start, we've expanded and improved the property to make room for the small businesses that have called it home. Today, nine units operate beneath the JM380 roof, two blocks from Atlantic Avenue.
What began as one family's pursuit of the American dream has become a generational enterprise — and a responsibility we don't take lightly.
JM380 is a corporation, but at heart it's still a family business. We treat our tenants with honesty and care, and we handle the building's day-to-day needs personally — going further than most landlords to keep things running smoothly. When our tenants succeed, so does the building.
